We use UPS and FedEx when shipping our products.  Some shipments may require truck freight.  We can ship to any state within the Continental U.S. and Canada.  Shipments outside of this service area are subject to terms and approval.  We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund for shipments not covered in our regularly serviced area.  

We ship same day on most orders.  PLEASE NOTE:  MOST ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPED "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" DUE TO THE COST OF PARTS.  A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED AT YOUR DELVIERY ADDRESS UNLESS YOU RELEASE US FROM LIABILITY AND AUTHORIZE DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE.  If a shipment is refused or non-deliverable and is returned to us, customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges and/or may incur restocking fees. 

If an item is on back-order or must be drop shipped from a manufacturer for a special ordered item, we will notify you immediately via email.
